Stages of the consumption process and its considerations
The 3 stages of the consumption process also the consideration in each of these stages while making a recent important purchase.

• Stage 1 - Pre-purchase
The crucial stage of any business. In this stage, the consumer is motivated towards the product. Motivation took place in the name of advertising and marketing. where consumer realize their need and wants and will search for information. in this stage they will make the pre-purchase evaluation.While buying car, A consumer compare between two cars that a car is of same company but different colors or same color but different company.
Example:
To buy a product online. A customer searches a best online site. From that site, he/ she will search best product among them to buy.
• Stage 2 - purchase/ service
In this stage, the consumer consumes or get serviced. once a product is consumed the feedback will
arise. it may be the criticism or reaction. the feedback may be rapid or delayed. At restaurant the
feed backs are usually prompt.
Example:
while a consumer who buys a levies T-shirt feedback usually doesn't reach as fast as any service industry. it is not because the responses are not prompt but because the manufacturing industry are usually far from service are not that near .
• Stage 3 - Post - Purchase
This is the last stage of consumption process. After purchasing it doesn't remain as it is . If the consumer likes the consumption increases and doesn't like it decreases. It also affects in overall sells of the product.The availability of close substitutes with less price tends to increase their sell than the product with unfair pricing.
